About BookEzy Travel

Every trip is unique and I’d love to help you create memories that last a lifetime.

Travel has been a major part of my professional life for more than 25 years. I began my career in the travel industry in the 1990s after studying Travel and Tourism and have since gained extensive experience across travel consulting, agency ownership, airline operations and customer service.

Having previously owned and operated my own travel agency, I understand how valuable it is to have an experienced travel professional looking after every detail of a journey. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of destinations, airlines and travel products, while also gaining valuable experience within the aviation industry.

I created BookEzy Travel because I wanted to return to what I enjoy most about travel – helping people plan memorable trips while providing genuine, personalised service.

At BookEzy Travel, personalised, one-on-one service is at the heart of everything I do. Rather than leaving you to navigate the overwhelming number of travel options available online, I take the time to understand you, your travel preferences, priorities and budget. Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway, a family holiday, a cruise or a more complex itinerary, you’ll have a dedicated travel consultant to guide you from your initial enquiry through to your journey.

BookEzy Travel combines professional travel industry experience with access to established travel technology, suppliers and industry partners to provide clients with a reliable and personalised booking service.

With previous experience owning and operating a travel agency, along with extensive experience across the travel and aviation industries, I bring practical industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the importance of personalised customer service.

BookEzy Travel holds a TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) identification number through IATA and uses Travelport+, a leading global travel distribution platform, to research and manage travel arrangements.

Through established relationships with recognised travel wholesalers, accommodation providers, tour operators, cruise companies, airlines, travel insurance providers and other travel industry partners, BookEzy Travel can assist with a wide range of domestic and international travel arrangements.

These industry connections, combined with personalised one-on-one service, allow me to research suitable travel options while giving you the convenience of having one dedicated travel consultant throughout your journey.
